Joy is Your Choice

So you have all been wondering what I have been up to since there haven’t been any articles for a while.

I have been in a period of extreme activity (it is the year of action afterall) that included a previous of travel without regular internet access in addition to working on new and exciting projects.

One of these projects is finally here. Everyday Joy radio is premiering on Monday, April 21st, 2008 at 11pm Eastern/ 8pm Pacific.

This show, hosted by yours truly will stream live on the internet every Monday night and provide useful information, simple practices and interesting guests to empower you to integrate joy into your life. The lines are open for your questions and comments.
