Joy is Your Choice

March 3: We have spoken often that when you can walk your path clearly while not interfering with the path of another, it is a wondrous and beautiful way to be. Yet have you ever asked if you have interfered with the path of yourself through judgment? It is important to pay attention to this. What are you judging and why?

March 6:  You can enter into the 5th dimension at anytime from anywhere…Many will say, “How can I do this and keep a body? Will my body know what to do?” Believe us, it has plenty of practice. It can do it on autopilot now. Yes, it can! And so let your body do what it does best. Let your body know you trust it. Your body needs to be trusted as much as you trust your soul, as much as you trust your spirit.

March 7: Dearest children, as you have grown in trust, trust your body to take care of you. It is not out of balance. It is not in need of chemicalization. It simply needs you to trust it enough. Love your body enough. If you have not today, take a good look at your body and say, “I love you!”

February 25: I had a simple barometer. If I was not feeling Joy in an activity, then either I had succumbed to an ego-trance or I was doing something that was not appropriate for me to do. Freedom can be yours simply by asking yourself that same question: “If it does not look like joy, why am I doing it?”

February 29: Floating is an important energy…for when you float the ego has no spaciousness.
